Banana Cake Mix Oil Eggs Water Mashed Banana 500g 60ml 3 100ml 300g Add eggs, water, oil and banana cake mix to a bowl and blend on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down, mix on slow speed for a further 3 minutes. Add mashed banana to bowl and mix for a further 1 minute on low speed. Deposit batter into a greased fluted tube tin or loaf pan (22cm x 15cm) and bake at 160C (140C with fan) for approximately 60 minutes.
